These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the wbtoto platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By using wbtoto, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use wbtoto. We enforce age verification on every account, and we reserve the right to request documentary evidence at any time.
Each individual may hold exactly one wbtoto account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.
All bonuses issued by wbtoto are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific requirement for each offer is published on the relevant promotion page. Bonus abuse or multi-accounting will void all bonuses.
All deposits and withdrawals on wbtoto are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Accepted channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
wbtoto prohibits any form of collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, or exploitation of technical errors. Accounts found to be engaging in such conduct will be suspended and affected winnings voided.

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 To register an account with wbtoto, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
2.2 wbtoto reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point during a Member's account lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by wbtoto may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
3.1 To access betting markets and financial features on wbtoto, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested by the registration form.
3.2 You warrant that all information submitted during registration and any subsequent account update is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a fictitious name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and entitles wbtoto to immediately terminate your account.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold exactly one wbtoto account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected:
3.4 wbtoto reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wbtoto account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.2 All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether the action was carried out by you or by a third party using your credentials.
4.3 You must notify wbtoto immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Contact our support team at [email protected] (plain text — not a link). wbtoto will investigate all reported unauthorized-access claims but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized use where the Member has been negligent in protecting their credentials.
4.4 wbtoto may, at its discretion, impose additional security verification steps (such as two-factor authentication or security questions) on any account, particularly when unusual activity is detected.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wbtoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via BCA and M andiri inter-bank transfer during standard WIB banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB) are typically credited to your wbtoto account within five minutes of payment confirmation. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are processed instantly, 24 hours a day. wbtoto does not guarantee processing times for deposits made outside standard banking hours, as these are subject to the individual bank's own processing schedules.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified (KYC-approved) Members before 18:00 WIB on a standard business day will ordinarily be processed on the same business day. Requests submitted after 18:00 WIB or on Indonesian public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. wbtoto does not impose any internal processing fee on withdrawals; however, interbank transfer fees levied by your own bank are your responsibility.
5.4 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply to each payment method and are displayed on the relevant deposit/withdrawal page within your account. wbtoto reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
5.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. To submit a withdrawal request, your account must:
5.6 Payment Method Consistency. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, except where a different method is approved in writing by wbtoto's support team. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
5.7 Currency. All Account balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). wbtoto does not maintain accounts in any other currency. If your bank or e-wallet provider applies a currency conversion, that conversion is conducted at their prevailing rate and is entirely outside wbtoto's control.
6.1 wbtoto may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses and promotions to new and existing Members from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for the matters they address.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the offer (the "Wagering Requirement") before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bets that are cashed out early, voided, or placed on excluded markets may not count toward the Wagering Requirement.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not claimed within the claim window specified in the offer, and Wagering Requirements not satisfied within the activity window specified in the offer, will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus and any Bonus-derived winnings. Real-money balances are not affected by Bonus expiry.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct constitutes Bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of all Bonuses, forfeiture of Bonus-derived winnings, and may result in account termination:
6.5 wbtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not unfairly prejudice Members who have already accepted the offer and have outstanding Wagering Requirements.
7.1 All bets placed on wbtoto are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant market, sport, or game type. These rules are available within the Platform under the applicable game or sport category. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with all applicable rules before placing a wager.
7.2 A bet is accepted and binding only when it has been confirmed by the wbtoto system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets not confirmed by the system — for example, due to a network interruption — are not valid and will not be honored.
7.3 Odds Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a system error, typographical mistake, or data-feed malfunction, wbtoto reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the Member's account. wbtoto will exercise this right reasonably and will not void bets retroactively to avoid legitimate payouts.
7.4 wbtoto offers wagering on a wide range of markets, including but not limited to: BRI Liga 1, English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, the Piala AFF, international cricket, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Indonesia Open), MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Market availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
7.5 wbtoto also offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw wagering and slot gacor (high-return-to-player slot) products. All togel draw results are sourced from independently operated draw systems and verified before settlement. All slot and RNG-game outcomes are generated by certified random number generator software.
8.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on the wbtoto Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the wbtoto Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of wbtoto or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial wagering purposes. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of wbtoto.
9.3 The wbtoto name, logo, and all associated brand assets are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of any wbtoto trademark in connection with any product or service is strictly prohibited.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wbtoto shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 wbtoto does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. wbtoto will endeavor to minimize such interruptions and to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.
10.3 In no event shall wbtoto's total aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes wbtoto's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.1 You may close your wbtoto account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification and the absence of any pending investigation.
11.2 wbtoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
11.3 Upon termination for breach, wbtoto reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation, and to permanently forfeit any balance that is determined to be the product of prohibited conduct.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators, as applied by the licensing authority under whose jurisdiction the Company operates.
12.2 In the event of a dispute between a Member and wbtoto, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body designated by wbtoto at the time of the dispute.
12.3 Nothing in this clause prevents wbtoto from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests, including the prevention of fraud or intellectual property infringement.
13.1 wbtoto reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wbtoto will notify Members by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending an in-Platform notification.
13.2 Your continued use of the wbtoto Platform following the posting of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.1.
